The room was spotless and airy in general, with good facilities. The location was great and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from an elaborate mall.

The hotel was in an incredible location near all local shops Food outlets and entertainment, the beach and the tourist areas and shopping malls. It also was to nearby area's restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in a lovely secluded area in Patong. The hotel is situated very close to the beach, making it convenient for those who enjoy spending time by the water. The service at this place was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a wonderful stay and made me feel welcome at all times.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location is perfect, the service is exceptional, and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities and facilities that cater to all needs.

WiFi speed very good. Staff particularly friendly and very accommodating. The in-house restaurant and bar offer very good quality, but a bit expensive. If you want to eat Thai, go across the street

Cleanliness in the bathroom (lime), but is really not serious. The terrace would have heard wiped briefly after heavy rain.

Our room was brand-new, well-appointed with a kitchenette area and sound-proofed windows, had a really good experience. The place had a quiet atmosphere👍😀

The hotel is located on a quiet street, away from the pandemonium of the party area, making it a nice "secluded" area in Patong. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable bed and ample space. It was great to have a kitchen and terrace in the room, providing that extra level of convenience and relaxation. I also appreciated having breakfast included in the price, and the good view from the hotel.

All was fine and no improvements needed.

Service!. Rooms look like the pictures. Moreover, here, one is obviously still trying to appreciate the guest as such. Our stay was fantastic. Free upgrade, due to construction works to the even bigger suite. Perfect :)

Everything is shaking a little bit. From the shower holder to the socket via buttons and sliding doors as well as toilet paper holder.

The hotel provided a fantastic rooftop pool area that offered relaxation, peace, and quiet. The second thing I enjoyed was the generous service given at the bar. The hotel's prime location enabled it to offer beach towels for those who decided to head to the beach.

I did not have any dislike for this hotel as everything was perfect during my stay.

The hotel surpassed all our expectations. The quality, design and attention to detail of all the furniture and fittings, in the appartment, was perfect. The location, although within walking distance of the centre of Patong beach, is in a quiet back street, with very little traffic noise. The reception staff were polite, helpful and spoke very good English This is a cool comfortable place you can rereat to, after a hot day in Phuket, which really feels like a home and not a hotel. Possibly the best beach resort accommodation i have ever stayed in.

Its ver y private and the rooms are very large and new in a very quiet location.

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel and apartment in a prime location. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Phuket.

Very very poor a/c meaning room was too hot .Probably wasn't big enough for the room as overhead that other rooms have 2 a/c units..Although they gave us a fan,its not what I paid for Its located at the far north end of Patong about 20mins walk from the action and about 15 mins walk to the beach. Also hotel is next to a building site at the moment so sitting on Balcony is not peaceful.
